Like every good tale, the journey to this Disney Wedding begins with an encounter. Once upon a time at Evans High School in 2006, Hannah meets prince charming. The thing is, she won’t discover that it’s him till chapter three. While every love story is different, one thing remains the same. What’s meant to be will always find a way. For my hopeless romantics, check out all the details of their love story at the end of this entry!
If you know anything about me, you know that I love all things, Disney. Eric + Hannah’s day solidifies how *extra* incredible a wedding is when you sprinkle a little pixie-dust around. The magic of Rhodes Hall set the tone. The words castle and amazing echoed through the crowd as guests waited in the shade of garden trees. The wedding itself was perfect. Dinner was joyful, followed by cake cutting in a ballroom straight out of a romance novel. Party Time Productions kept the sparkle and energy alive all evening. I’m too excited to keep talking about this wedding. So now, I’d love to invite you to relax and pull up a chair⏤as my team proudly presents, Mr. + Mrs. Rose’ Wedding 🌹
She traded her running shoes for heels. Love this #DisneyBride.
How perfect are these wedding invitations by Elegant Wedding Invites for a Beauty and the Beast wedding?
Hannah’s Willow by Waters Oceana dress was flawless. Thank you to the amazing ladies of The White Magnolia for helping Hannah discover and accessorize her perfect dress!
It’s not just the bride who wants to look great on a wedding day. Generation Tux made sure Eric was camera ready for his big day!
When moments like this happen naturally during a first look. {Swoon}
Also, check out that gorgeous veil from Sarah Gabriel! I believe it when they say, the veil makes the bride!
These royal blue bridesmaids dresses from JJsHouse were a perfect fit for this Disney wedding!
Obsessed with this candid bridal that Candice created! And can we take a minute to talk about Hannah’s Hair?!? Putting on a beautiful wedding is such a team effort and Marty Salinas slayed this bridal updo!
At the start of their ceremony, officiant Ken Taylor recited a priceless poem depicting their love story.
Who says it must be French? The dinner provided by LowCountry Catering was DELICIOUS!
All the details. Loved Eric and Hannah’s Rose topper on their Cheesecake from Classic Cheesecakes and Cakes!
After the cake cutting, we made our way to the tower for intimate photos of just the newlyweds.
Congratulations, Mr. + Mrs. Rose! My wish for you is that the rest of your lives together are as magical as the day you said “I do”!
Cheers 🥂

“Evans High School 2006. We met junior year. As luck would have it, we’d end up in AP Language together senior year. Eric had B lunch, in the middle of 4th period. I had Photography and a really cool teacher who let me leave class. Several times a week I would find an excuse to go visit Eric during his lunch. In our shared class, Eric would call me over to watch Japanese Game Shows on YouTube together. More frequently than not, we’d walk to our next class together…me talking the whole way; him pretending to be annoyed and not listen. We remained friends into college; getting lunch and renting a movie occasionally when I was home from school. As time passed, we stopped seeing each other and eventually talking altogether. The last time we saw each other was in 2011. I moved back to Augusta after college for a short time before moving to Atlanta in 2013. Eric got into anesthesia school and moved to Tampa in 2015. Once Eric started his rotations, he moved around to various cities in Florida and Georgia for a month or two at a time. In November 2016, he was set to rotate at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. I was teaching preschool in Dunwoody. Always clever, Eric snap chatted me at a local brewery with the Sweetwater geotag. Of course, I insisted we hang out and Eric agreed. It was like nothing had really changed. We hung out several times during his month in Atlanta; bonding over Stranger Things. Of course, Eric’s rotation had to come to an end but this time, we stayed in touch. I invited Eric up to celebrate New Year’s Eve that year and that’s when we both knew we had a future together. We spent the next year together making up for lost time, growing as a couple, going on trips and events as often as possible. Eric even managed to win the coveted affection of my cat, Boo, who we’re quite sure is part panther. The following New Year’s Eve was spent as a couple in Chattanooga. On New Year’s Day, Eric made a pit stop at Lookout Mountain before heading home. A perfect location on a perfect day for a perfect proposal. And the rest is history.”
